Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please notify us by email at info@sneakerscience.co.uk before returning to the returns address provided. All returns must arrive within 14 days of receipt of goods in as new and unused condition, apart from cases of returns of faulty product. Cost of returning item will usually be at the expense of customer with exceptions made at the discretion of Sneaker Science staff. However, the original shipping charge paid with the purchase will be refunded in full by Sneaker Science.
All refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receipt of returned products by Sneaker Science.
